Cancellation policy

Due to the perishable nature of floral products, all sales are final once an order has been designed or prepared.

Cancellations or changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Orders canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

Same-day delivery orders, custom arrangements, holiday orders (including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and major floral holidays), and event florals are non-cancellable and non-refundable once placed.
