Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of floral products, all sales at Petal & Panel Co. are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on flowers, plants, or custom floral arrangements once an order has been prepared or delivered.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, such as damage or quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review the situation. If a problem is verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds are not issued for delivery delays caused by factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, traffic, incorrect delivery information, or recipient unavailability.

All custom orders, event florals, and special occasion arrangements (including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and holidays) are non-refundable.

Petal & Panel Co. reserves the right to determine appropriate resolutions on a case-by-case basis.
